Not a cash prize — the scholarship will be awarded from the David “Dmoney” Palcisko Scholarship Fund and paid directly to the winner’s school (high school, college, or trade school). In just three years, Wings of Resiliency has already awarded 24 scholarships through the David “Dmoney” Palcisko Scholarship Fund — and we’re just getting started. Your support helps us grow that number while connecting the entire state of Ohio with life-saving mental health resources. Together, we’re building a statewide hub of hope — linking veterans, families, and communities with AFSP, NAMI, the VA, and all 88 county mental health boards to ensure every Ohioan can access the help they need, when they need it.
